Additionally, he is an associate member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Fakih is International Board Certified in Cosmetic Surgery and is a Member of Honor of the Argentinian Society of Aesthetic & Functional Rhinoplasty. He also serves on the International Advisory Board of the American Journal of Cosmetic Surgery. 

Dr. Nabil Fakih is specialized in Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery, having trained at some of the most prestigious hospitals in Spain and completed a fellowship/observership in Facial Plastic Surgery in the USA. He has authored numerous scientific manuscripts & books on facial plastic & reconstructive surgery and has developed several surgical techniques that are used worldwide. Dr. Cristina Muñoz Gonzalez is a leading facial surgeon and a distinguished expert in Facial Aesthetic Surgery & Aesthetic Medicine. She is a member of the Spanish Society of Facial Plastic Surgery.

She earned her degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Salamanca (Spain) and specialized in Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery at Rio Hortega University Hospital in Valladolid (Spain). She also holds a Master's degree in Advanced Aesthetic Medicine and Laser Techniques from CEU San Pablo University in Madrid (Spain).

To further refine her expertise, Dr. Cristina Muñoz González completed a prestigious fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery, awarded by the Spanish Society of Facial Plastic Surgery, under the mentorship of Dr. Nabil Fakih.  Her work is driven by a deep passion for aesthetics and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Dr. Lorena Arrien is a leading specialist in Aesthetic and Well-Aging Medicine, renowned for her exceptional track record in developing advanced, personalized medical-aesthetic treatments. With over six years of experience across various medical fields, she has established herself as the medical director of top aesthetic medical centers in Asturias, Galicia, and the Levante region. In 2022, she launched her own project, Centro Medico Argia, with the vision of offering state-of-the-art treatments in a welcoming, ethical, and professional environment. In 2025, she relocated to the Costa del Sol and joined the esteemed team at FACEXPERT Clinic & Academy.
